Curtis Parchment is a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant and serves as Treasurer for the board of The Village of Arts and Humanities.

Curtis is a Senior Manager in Milligan & Company’s Audit Department and is responsible for overseeing the performance of audits, reviews and compilations, accounting services, and advisor services for governmental, employee benefit plan, not-for-profit (NFP), and small businesses. He manages several financial and compliance audits performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for some of the largest governmental and non-profit entities in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

Curtis is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; National Association of Black Accountants; and the Temple University Alumni Association. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University.
