Darrell Williams serves as The Village’s Youth and Young Adult Program Director, joining in 2024. In this role, he stewards our award-winning youth programs, Village Industries and Impact Studios.

Before The Village, Darrell worked for the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, Foundations Behavioral Health, and Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC). He received his bachelor’s degree in social work from Walden University.

Darrell has volunteered for the CCBL, JJBL, Glenside Youth Athletic Club, V.I.B.E., I.M.A.G.I.N.E., and Roslyn Boys and Girls Club. In addition to his professional and volunteer work, Darrell is a die-hard 76ers fan who loves talking basketball.
